Fitness Gods, hear my prayer! 🙏🏽

Turning 51 in a few weeks, so I had to test my favorite sequence—what I call the 😅Holy Trinity of Push-Ups:

One-Arm ➡️ Diamond ➡️ Plyo Clap.

Wasn’t sure I still had it… but I do.💪🏾
