TLDR: I'm losing weight so I can live longer
- no calorie counting
- no time restrictions
- 3 meals a day
- not ketogenic
- regular walks for exercise
Progress: 2.5 months in and I've continued to lose weight at a constant rate of around 11 pounds (5 kg) per month 1/n
