TLDR: I'm losing weight so I can live longer
- no calorie counting
- no time restrictions
- 3 meals a day
- not ketogenic
- regular walks for exercise

Progress: 2.5 months in and I've continued to lose weight at a constant rate of around 11 pounds (5 kg) per month 1/n

Based on every other dieting experience, I expected to plateau at around 10 lbs of weight loss, but I've nearly tripled that.

What do I actually eat? Breakfast is usually plain greek yogurt with fresh fruit or granola. This keeps me satiated until lunch (even though its like 200-300 kcal). Lunch is usually a serving of cottage cheese with peach slices (also ~200 kcal). Sometimes lunch is 4 small-ish tacos from a nearby taqueria (kcal unknown). 2/n

My breakfast and lunch are flexible, sometimes lunch is a reasonable amount of leftovers from fridge.

For dinner, I just eat whatever we're having, normal food, normal serving size. I try to avoid getting seconds, definitely don't "eat until stuffed". I'm usually pretty hungry by the time I start eating, so dinners have been consistently delicious. I'll have a scoop of normal ice cream for dessert. 5-7 grams of psyllium husk fiber supplement.
