Caturday Clean-Grip Push Press 🐾🏋🏽‍♂️

I’m 51, with over 20 years in the #fitness industry—and I still love training for power (speed × strength). One of my favorite moves: the clean-grip push press.⚡️

🐈‍⬛But before the barbell moves, safety comes first—even if it’s just a cat toy in the way.

🎯Power training isn’t just for athletes or the young. There are variations to meet every age and ability. Train smart. Train strong. Train with purpose.
