Turning 51 in a few weeks, so I had to test my favorite sequence—what I call the 😅Holy Trinity of Push-Ups:

Traveling Swings on the Continuous Bar

✨ Demonstrated by my #online rockstar client Jill. First time trying this movement—and this clip shows her third set. She started unsure, but stuck with it and realized: she can do this. From static hangs to traveling swings, she’s building strength, confidence, and control.

🎯Simple. Challenging. #Fun. Can be done at the gym or your local #exercise park.
