Wednesday #Workout:
11 minutes of yoga for runners.
20 minutes of strength training.
20 minutes of shovelling snow.
7.1 KM of #Running (-20°C, -28 windchill, 80% humidity, and 10 KM/H wind).
Good workouts, run was pretty good… except I fell flat on my face while running through some deep snow, which made me laugh. Keep an eye on my @loops account, I guess. 🤣 I was fine, dusted myself off, and kept going. Opted to cut it a bit short, just in case. Picked up groceries, and got on with the day.

⛄️Malden is currently a #winter wonderland (or a #workout facility, depending on how you look at it). I was out early this morning—before the sun came up—got my iced coffee chilling in a snowbank and got to work.😅
Steps and sidewalks are clear, and I finished digging out the fire hydrant. 🚒Seconds count in an emergency, so please check the one near your house if you can!

New is playing with a unicycle for warmup. I haven't really been on one in years. (Did get on one briefly when they were unpacked the other day though. Also attempted to climb up on the giraffe uni that day, that was an adventure!)
A lot of what I'm doing is still getting myself up to speed, recovering from overusing a shoulder while in recovery from surgery. Tonight's focus is that recovery work, and hand balance.
