Black August starts soon. Usually I have others to participate with me, but since I don’t, I’m calling on those of you out there to get together in your cohorts, do 100 of something everyday with me for the month of August, and tell me how its going for you. Burpees, push-ups, sit-ups, a mile run/walk, 100 of some exercise for 31 days with me, that’d be rad! The key is unity, solidarity, so try to do them at least with one other person. You can split things up and make 100 squats into 50, plus its more fun together, and that’s what its about, what we can do together!

Well, it's still very hot here, so once again I'm limiting my expectations for tonight.
The bite is healing, and I tested negative for Lyme, though the test says that if it's been less than 14 days since the bite, that it is likely to return a false negative so who knows. But it's still sensitive so that minimizes the acro options for the evening.

So I'm gonna do my PT, and maybe hang out with some internet folks. Probably do some juggling.

Did everything I was hoping for and more!

My long hold handstand wasn't quite as garbage as I was expecting, I managed a 30s hold, and probably a longer one when I was playing with shapes later, but I wasn't timing those.

Hit 1000 clean with clubs, and worked on getting more control on throwing doubles (in a passing pattern my doubles are fine, but to myself I haven't really practiced in years), and then did 200 catches with the plungers, and missed the circus double I was going for for the clean out.

@RussSharek and I played around with some basic passing until something went wonky and I ended up taking a club to the face. Didn't hurt long, but the red mark was still there when I went to take my contacts out before food.

I played around with some body movement, and even managed a short hold on one arm!! (I don't know the name of the hold for sure, it's a variant of a crocodile if anyone's familiar with that)

Also did the tiniest bit of partner acro midway through when we were theoretically already cooling down and stretching lol

A very good night, and I really enjoyed it!
