It gets worse, too.

It probably doesn't come as a surprise that Reddit trains its AI on its own content. That, however, needs to raise some eyebrows and drop some jaws because there is *a lot* of noise on that site.

J'essaie de lancer un levain ces jours-ci. Celui-ci bulle mais ne lève pas. Des idées de ce qui peut coincer ?
Je l'alimente en 1.1 (autant d'eau que de farine), je l'ai même rafraîchi de moitié, mais ça ne gonfle pas. J'utilise de l'eau que j'ai laissé aérer deux heures, et de la farine complète.
Je viens de rajouter une cuillère de bon miel, histoire de le kickstarter...

J'achète du vraiment bon pain chez des paysans-boulangers [1], une fois par semaine, mais en ce moment j'ai vraiment du mal à le garder plus de 4 jours.
