upon preparing for a virtual bike ride, i have realized that i am too tired and shouldn’t overdo it - so instead i opted for a quick jump session… much better results with the beaded rope than yesterday already, nice!

Still recovering from rotator cuff surgery. They said no running, but walking is okay. Well then, hold my beer. Gentler Streak considered my fast walking as “running”, it is generous.

Also, jumping rope looks easy on paper, but in practice it’s torture. How did I even do this when I was a kid?

Kept being told to give the beaded one another shot. Went much better this time (last time i gave up early and used the other one instead) but it still needs sone getting used to..
