they didn't drop mask mandates and end extended unemployment benefits because the pandemic was over.
they wanted us “back to normal” so that we would stop using collective power to demand justice, and lose the safety nets that had enabled more organized activism than we'd seen in our lifetimes.
if/when you stopped wearing a mask and taking other daily COVID precautions, you were used as a tool in the capitalist hierarchy of oppression.

I try to remember that not everything is caused by COVID, but also, every time a friend gets a weird-for-their-age ailment, I look up their diagnosis together with #covid and there's a paper confirming that COVID can lead to it.

Today I learned that some times your health insurance doesn't cover all COVID vaccines. Sometimes it only covers certain brands. 
So if you attempt at getting a vaccine gets denied, call and ask what brands your insurance does cover.

I’ve known about Sip Valves for a while (valves you add to your face mask which allow you to drink through a straw while maintaining the seal) but I’m excited to finally find a UK supplier!
