LA County has been reeling in the unnecessary shooting death of Keith Porter at the hands of an off duty ICE agent on New Years.

While Keith is not the perfect victim, he fired off a New Years gunshots in the air, this IS however a bit of an illegal American tradition in many parts of the country.

The off duty cop took it upon himself to murder Keith.

As much as I hate this dumb shit, many Americans do shoot off guns on new years. It'd be nice if no one died.
