I'm reading here that #ICE is now also arresting bystanders for filming:
"The Justice Department now defines filming immigration raids as “domestic terrorism”
"ICE agents in California handcuffed a father on #Christmas morning in front of his two minor children, forcibly seized their phones, and briefly detained the children, while also arresting three bystanders who were filming"
Maybe this is why I am seeing fewer ICE kidnappings in my timeline?
