Time for an #introduction!

Hello Fediverse!

I'm Some Guy, an #actuallyautistic human being who is passionate about supporting the #disability and #lgtbqia communities. While I frequently engage in #social and #political discussions, I'm here for fun and meet similarly minded people.

As a fair disclaimer: I may come across as raw, abrasive, rough around the edges, or outrageous. I communicate literally, am pathologically honest, and straight to the point. I also have an off the wall sense of humor.

Been on #Mastodon and the #Fediverse since 2022 and just switched from mastodon.social for a greatly increased character count. Huge shout-out to friend and genuinely awesome person @cobalt123 for the referral. All interactions with the beige.party folks have been great.

Some fonts just do not work well in some situations.

BTW, new #Mastodon users coming in from #BlueSky, feel free to block self righteous assholes here that still refuse to acknowledge problems with poor design and how their HOA attitudes are still a turn off.

You can also more easily change Instances these days if the one you joined makes you feel like you have to walk on eggshells, & be sure to read the Instance’s rules first before joining them!

Mastodon in 180 Seconds 🐘

I'm sorry, but #Mastodon is NOT that difficult. I'm a tech moron, and I figured it out just fine.

I should probably point out, however, that I was very motivated. I really liked #Twitter! I didn't want to give it up! But I also couldn't ethically stay there.

Really thankful for #Mastodon.
