🌊 Ruins of Karosta Sea Forts, Latvia. What remains are fractured concrete blocks and isolated structures rising from the sea. Photographed a couple of years ago, during stormy seas. The cool smoke-like effect is created using neutral density filters, which allow for long exposure photos and produce this gorgeous ethereal effect.
