@researchfairy the entire fiction of the “corporate veil” that protects all corporate CEOs and directors from criminal responsibility for all crimes (and civil liability as well) should be entirely abolished. Corporations don’t commit crimes; the decision-makers who control them do.

The discharge cut-off voltage is 0 5 V, which makes the battery discharge completely. "

Le combat contre la #Hadopi, c'est 17 ans de lutte (les débats à l'Assemblée datent de 2009 !). La Quadrature du Net s'est créée précisément pour lutter contre ce texte. Le combat judiciaire a commencé, lui, en 2019. Nous sommes passé·es devant le Conseil constitutionnel puis la CJUE, pour qu'enfin le Conseil d'État nous donne raison aujourd'hui.

Le combat n'est pas fini. Le gouvernement pourrait vouloir ressusciter la #Hadopi et persister dans ce choix archaïque de surveillance. Nous appelons, au contraire, à aborder le sujet du partage de la culture autrement, en commençant par décriminaliser ces partages non-marchands puis à s'attaquer à ce système de rente de l'industrie culturelle qui floue les artistes. Contrairement à une idée reçue, la #Hadopi existe toujours. Ses activités de surveillance ont été fusionnées avec les missions du CSA en 2021 pour devenir l'Arcom. Mais la criminalisation du téléchargement n'a pas disparu, bien au contraire. Aujourd'hui, toutefois, cette surveillance vient de prendre un important revers : la riposte graduée est paralysée. L'Arcom peut continuer de vous envoyer des mails d'avertissement, mais c'est tout. Une machine à spams, donc.
