Thanks to the powerful tsvector/tsquery #PostgreSQL feature (feature not available on MariaDB sorry 😔) you can now search messages by keywords in your history and directly load the conversation from the past 🕰️ !

Just click on the search button or hit Ctrl + F to open the brand new search panel 🔍

Discord is my most used app and I hate it. Matrix has a whole host of issues and I'm done with it. IRC is fine but it's no discord.

Clearly we need to bring back XMPP

But honestly that wouldn't be a bad idea. If I get some free time I might try to make a discord like XMPP client.

IMHO, there is a lot of values in having at least two implementations of #XMPP ⇔ #ActivityPub gateways for two different use cases:
One, that just uses an existing AP account,
and another, that is an AP instance.
IIUC, we have now both options?
