The right hand wall is mainly plain brick and in soft shadow, but the left hand wall is a mishmash of white marble window frames, green shutters, drainpipes, patches of bright light and dark black shadows, and most noticeably and incongruously given how medieval the architecture feels, a small neon yellow sign warning of the presence of video surveillance cameras.
