For anyone who saw my pinned post about my health scare a few weeks back, or the blog post about my visit to hospital, I just wanted to share that I'm fine now.
I've since been thoroughly poked and prodded by a very thorough doctor, who gave me a clean bill of health. I'm still not sure whether I had a virus, but I definitely had a bad reaction to new meds. Which I won't be continuing with.

Anyway the whole incident woke me up to the fact that I'm a bit burned out. I've given myself permission to withdraw from all volunteer work, political news and commentary, and anything else liable to make me swear at my phone. For at least a month, probably two.
I will continue to post when I feel so inclined, but it will be mostly stuff about TV shows, entertaining podcasts, and #ShowerThoughts. I may reply occasionally, but will likely keep it light.
