@arstechnica this image is basically modern art. There's the guy blending in with the fence, a guy with obvious "WTF" face, someone just on their phone, people standing around. The second ICE agent looks like he's ready for bingo night with all that paint... not a care in the world for anything happening behind him... so bizarre.
