@ami_angelwings Not a character per se, but these days if your game has sentient creatures that "its okay to kill because their racial alignment is evil" I'm very likely to stop playing it. I stopped Genshin Impact when forced to kill Hilichurls, for example, and I would have otherwise completely loved the game.
I do make a lot of exceptions to this "rule" cause it's so damn common, but I irks me a lot. "Thanks for contributing to our society's background level of racism, almost every game designer."

@guffo @ami_angelwings the guy who did the motion capture did, notoriously mention it was a bad idea but no one listened to the only black man on set
@guffo @ami_angelwings even when you get to Lucas's defense that it cant be racist because its meant for kids, like, it gets so far beyond Jar Jar is a bad character into a meta question about how does he exist and every part is sad
