Update four weeks after my surgery

Last week, I started swimming: 500 meters of swimming, 1 km of walking with a cane, and climbing and descending 12 floors without a cane. Is this a new sport combined with the Olympic or Paralympic Games? 鈽猴笍

After, I was walking better without a cane in my apartment. I will do it multiple times a week!
