So I was quiet after my 200 km ride because it stopped after falling after 161 km while changing direction on gravel on the road. Impossible to stand up due to extreme pain in my left leg. I called 911 and the ambulance picked me up.

After Xray I got confirmation of a broken femur. I got chiurgy yesterday. À this morning, I was able to standing with 2 person help.

The lovely new asphalt on the beautiful bike path in the woods of Îles des Sœurs creates a feeling of speed, even though that isn't the case. The wide angle and proximity of the trees enhance this sensation.
