I'm a very happy user of @notesnook the spiritual successor to Evernote.
One of my favorite features is the web clipper browser extension. Using the web clipper, I create my own archive, of sorts. I feel like everybody should be doing something to preserve journalistic articles, scientific papers, etc.
It's also just a kickass notes app! Handles tables, you can use markdown, it's self-hostable...it's...magical 🧙♂️
I decided my first post on this server should be my @ente Privacy Pack!
Two things are missing:
1) I use @elementary but that's not an available option; I'll open a PR for it soon
2) my phone (Mudita Kompakt) uses a custom OS made specifically for the device
