I am using Vivaldi on desktop and mobile. Love the workspaces and couldn't live without them.

On iOS I noticed a strange behaviour.
When I start scrolling and stop it with my finger it happens frequently that vivaldi jumps back to the top of the current page.

Had anyone else noticed this and has a solution to stop that from happening ?

I gotta give this one to @Vivaldi for sure.

Just had a very annoying (but great for testing) situation where I have a long-running job to copy data between two tabs, and then a different two tabs needed to be updated after each time the first two tabs were changed.

So I opened Vivaldi for it. Put all four tabs in a stack, and then tiled each of the first two and the other two tabs.

Such a minor thing but it really did make a difference to how smooth the whole boring job felt. The tiling is implemented really well too, very intuitive going back and forth between the two sets of tiled tabs. Very cool built-in feature.

I recently discovered I could right-click copy/paste Vivaldi browser Tab Stacks as raw text URLs into any app! 🤯

@Vivaldi Now I have a feature request:
Allow users to paste lists of text URLs from any app into Vivaldi as new Tab Stacks. I was surprised when I was unable to do this already...

In January 2022 I wrote this article on Crypto. The point was to explain why we have taken a stand against it. For me that stand was really taken 10 years earlier, as friends wanted me to become involved. At the time I read what I could find and concluded that this was all a scam. My opinion has not changed. Over the years it has become clearer for most that it is a scam that not only increases risk for the economy as a whole, increases global warming and electricity prices, it is even being used to undermine our democracy.

We added our Vivaldi Social server to the Fediverse on November 15th 2022. We are still, I believe, the only browser company that is fully behind the Fediverse. It is something we are very proud of! The Fediverse is the natural alternative to Big Tech social media, just like, IMHO, Vivaldi is the natural alternative to Big Tech browsers.
