Seit 21 Jahre in Isolationshaft - Mitten in Deutschland!
Christian Bogner ist 70 Jahre alt, seit über 21 Jahren sitzt er in Isolationshaft. Mehrfach in den vergangenen 50 Jahren erfolgreich aus Gefängnissen geflohen, wurde er nach seiner letzten Flucht am 26. Oktober 2004 aus der JVA Lübeck nur Tage später festgenommen. Weil er während der Flucht einen Menschen getötet haben soll, wurde Christian Bogner zu lebenslanger Freiheitsstrafe verurteilt. Gegen dieser Verurteilung läuft zur Zeit ein Wiederaufnahmeantrag. Seit seiner Festnahme Ende Oktober 2004 wird er von der Justiz in Sicherheitsstationen in Einzelhaft gehalten.
Seine Situation wirft zentrale Fragen auf: Wie viele Jahre ohne echten sozialen Kontakt sind psychisch und körperlich verantwortbar? Got two payment reminders for internet for the last two months. They'll shut off our only connection to humanity and groceries (we're disabled, without transport, isolated in a rural area and without irl friends) if we don't pay up within a week.
