Emphasize those who have an ambition to break the cycle of violence and retribution.

Aus ggb Anlass liegt mir das Thema am Herzen, daher hier ein paar Zitate aus diesem, wie ich finde, für die Bewegungslinke wichtigen Text:
Scully: "ich übe leadership aus, ich habe nicht vor, das aufzugeben, weil ich liebe, was ich tue, verdammt nochmal gut darin bin und ihr mich darin ausgebildet habt. Ich halte es grundsätzlich für wichtig, dass wir Menschen in leadership – Funktionen haben und ich will und werde es nicht zulassen, dass aufgezwungene Scham und ggf. persönliche Angriffe mich in meiner politischen Arbeit einschränken, weil ich Angst habe, von meinen eigenen Strukturen und Verbündeten angegriffen und ausgeschlossen zu werden. Und was ich hier aus meiner Perspektive schildere, trifft auf viele andere gleichermaßen zu, mit denen ich zusammenarbeite und/oder über dieses Thema rede.
Reden wir nicht offen über leader und akzeptieren sie als natürlichen Teil unserer Strukturen, lähmen wir uns und, noch schlimmer wir verlieren einige unserer klügsten, engagiertesten Köpfe & verhindern das Wachsen von Menschen, die neu in unsere Bewegungen kommen (wollen).
Wieso sollten Menschen Verantwortung übernehmen wollen, sich Aufgaben stellen, die sie herausfordern, wenn sie sehen, wie mit denen umgegangen wird, die das vor ihnen getan haben. Hier trifft der Umgang mit leadern" auch noch auf eine schlechte linke Fehlerkultur."
