Sad, though predictable, to see so many mainstream media outlets who once trumpeted their #DEI efforts readily abandon them under #Trump. I canceled #ParamountPlus earlier this year for that reason (having already canceled #DisneyPlus in 2024).

1) Make decision that ends up with a boycott unsubscribe spree costing billions.
2) Announce a reversal of decision that will hopefully begin having those folks be willing to resubscribe immediately....or at least when the next big show returns.
3) Raise the price now so all those folks wont have any grace periods before paying more.

Sadly, I never had a subscription to #DisneyPlus , so I can’t cancel it. But if you do, please think about giving it up.
If companies do awful things but you keep giving them your money, they read it as approval for their actions.
This wasn’t about ideology or politics, it was about money. And so the only thing that is going to let companies know that caving to Trump is not what you expect of them is to make it hurt when they do.

É uma grande tristeza e frustração pagar Disney Plus pra assistir com propagandas (e sempre as mesmas, ainda. E a gente reclamava da TV aberta na década de 90, bons tempos).
Depois reclamam da pirataria, mas vai tentar finalmente assistir "Ashoka" com comercial do "Apóstolo Paulo" a cada 20 minutos?
É como zapear a TV a cabo de madrugada passando por 5 ou 6 emissoras replicando coisa da IURD 🤮
