1) Make decision that ends up with a boycott unsubscribe spree costing billions.
2) Announce a reversal of decision that will hopefully begin having those folks be willing to resubscribe immediately....or at least when the next big show returns.
3) Raise the price now so all those folks wont have any grace periods before paying more.
