A mini review of Wonder Man:
The first episode of Wonder Man was fun. Ben Kingsley and Yahya Abdul-Mateen are a duo that works.
Can't wait to watch the rest.
(while Marvel movies have become way too formulaic, Marvel TV shows for the most part are always fun and original)
One thing I love in Breaking Bad is how many actions of the characters are not explained neither before or after (especially Walt's) they just make sense in the development of the plot.
I know this is normal good storytelling. It shouldn't be something worth mentioning.
But this is crazy when comparing with most current TV Shows where everything is dumbed down and has to be spelled out.

I've finally watched #Wednesday season one. I really liked it. I really liked how I thought it was going to be some sort of sitcom, but it actually was a whodunit. But at the same time, the few weaknesses of the show come from the fact that the ropes are the same usual tropes and ropes, and the most "surprising" parts were also the most predictable.
Still Wednesday is just perfect and a lot of secondary characters are fun too. (1/2)
First half of the last season of Stranger Things: 👍 👍 (that's two thumbs up, just in case).

#Pluribus I loved the first episode. I was a bit less convinced by the second and third. About to watch the fourth episode now and it may decide whether I keep on watching or not. The original idea was great, but soon I'll need a plot beyond "Carol getting upset at any random situation she faces."
Comtrya!

One of the best shows on television ever.
Trust me and you can thank me later.
#SiliconValley (series) fans, can you help me find a GIF of the scene when the guy from Hooli partners with a factory in China to initialise as many devices as possible with its OS so that it could take control of #PiedPiper?
I want to use it to explain the pitfalls of decentralisation in my slides for my talk at SFSCON 2025
#SciFi tip:
*El eternauta* / *The Eternaut*
I watched the first four episodes and that is enough to advise this series from Argentina. Based on the comic with the same name.

It's on Netflix, but it's of course also available via non corporate channels. Don't watch it with English audio, but with the original Spanish audio with subtitles.
