My dream would be to assemble a small group of tech advisors who want to see this work happen to chat with, even just 1 call & follow-up emails. I am really really willing to roll up my sleeve and learn lots but I want to be self-aware about the unknown unknowns. I might just be overthinking risks, but creating a form of infrastructure for SAFE and TRUSTABLE open source studies even just surveys would be my dream. And I've seen first-hand how dev data is vultured over so ownership matters to me

Only saying this because I now have two long time friends actively participating in the Fediverse where 6 months ago they had no interest.

OK, because slop is slop. It is visually incongruous in a very disturbing manner, not to mention it probably drained a lake to produce this twisted mess. Consuming such crap changes your brain in ways that are kind of like a sugar high, but just lead to making you more stupid and less able to perceive and appreciate real beauty and artistry.

Currently it's about 2.5% of the global electricity production. With the projected growth, by 2030 it would be about to 7%, if they are all grid-powered. But increasingly new developments consider being directly gas powered. So in terms of electricity use it could be less but emissions could go up disproportionately as a result.
