A self-observation: I kept being disappointed in myself for not doing digital drawing, music making, and so on lately. And I just realised that I shouldn't beat myself up for that; lots of stuff is happening in the world that affects me. And anyways, adjusting to new systems, tools and processes takes time, and it is okay.
I guess it is kind of like being disappointed that going vegan could mean that I can't cook my favourite recipes, or they taste differently, or it takes more effort, sometimes much more effort.
I still think it is worth it for me to put aside artistic stuff and focus on sharpening my tools, even if it is not as fun or satisfying. And it can get overwhelming easily.
Oh wait, I actually wrote a checklist for myself (and others) on mental health and building computers long, long time ago: https://github.com/ninakali/flourish-pc/blob/main/src/001/000.md
I guess I gotta revisit it xD
