Well, the Prem starts up again today, for me at least. So, let's enjoy it while we still can...

Have you ever seen a butterfly laying her eggs? 🤩
This is likely a Small White butterfly (Pieris rapae) laying eggs on a nasturtium plant leaf!
I was so lucky this happened right next to me when I was taking a break for a few mins to sit outside in the yarden! Could not believe my eyes!
(What hashtags should I use on this post? Hmmm. It’s not all mundane, but it is magical! Other suggestions welcome!)
@TimWardCam @vfrmedia I'm in my 6th country in 2 weeks...

@Gina This account is going to be insufferable when it's raining in the Netherlands, isn't it?
This photo I took on a field full of grasses. This farmer always leaves this land to grow like this. It is also full of life with insects, bugs, rabbits, et cetera. So for me, this is a jewel for photographing opportunities. Probably I will be back soon here for another go.
This summer I totally restarted my website. The next periode I will add many more photo. This beauty is allready online and for sale: https://drenthograaf.nl/product/no-22-1322/

Moi : "Oh cool y'a une nouvelle version de Terraria, la 1.4.5.7. Je vais me connecter sur mon compte GOG."
GOG : *rien*
🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
@sebsauvage C'est pas juste pour Terraria. GOG est le parent pauvre des MAJ. C'est d'abord Steam, ensuite le reste (attend 2 ou 3 jours et ça sera là).
I have scrubbed another series of walls with the power brush and sugar soap.
I want to go back in time and throw sugar soap on the series of people over at least the last 10 years who never cleaned this place, because the smells were *distressing*. And look, yeah, it's not that common of a thing to clean walls above head height, but still. I couldn't even see what was causing the smells. (Don't start me on the nicotine staining either. You'd think a hallway wouldn't be so bad for it, but you'd be wrong. I still haven't figured out how to remove it from around the light bulb fitting - as in, the bit the bulb goes into, because apparently the glass surround didn't make any difference there.)
And also to throw used cleaning cloths at whoever installed the hallway cupboard such that it has a lip above it that can accumulate dust, that's extremely hard to get to with anything and impossible to see from the ground so I can guess why it had such thick dust. (And also to ask why the fuck they even bothered, because you need a ladder to access the cupboard anyway, and it barely fits a box fan. Can't see why there was an issue with having ceiling there.)
I always prefer transparency when I’m using any kind of interface, but the frequency of CloudFlare security checks when I’m browsing nowadays is getting ridiculous. It’s always:
Follow a link → CloudFlare interstitial → website loads.
And I know it's just 1-2 seconds, but this wait payload accumulates fast. I really wish the security check happened in background and were invisible to me.
@morrick the stupid part is that if you then try to refresh the page, you get a "submit form again" confirmation, because for some inexplicable reason, Cloudflare loads the page using a POST request after the check completes.
It can't happen in the background because the whole point of this crap is to deny you access to the website altogether if it fails. The security check was never about YOUR security, it's about whatever the website owner calls security. Like not letting Russians see it.
