Muss mal gerade richtig abranten: Ich hab gerade richtig viel "Spaß" mit #Sony und #MediaMarkt.
Vor rund 3 Wochen habe ich meine WF-1000XM5 -Kopfhörer zur Reparatur im Rahmen der Garantie (!) eingereicht.
Heute bekam ich eine Mail von MediaMarkt mit folgender Aussage von Sony:
"Die Kopfhörer sind mit Schmutz vollgesaugt, so dass Lautstärke und Frequenz beeinflusst werden. Leider wird das nicht von der Garantie abgedeckt."
So so. Nur komisch, dass ich Kopfhörer sauber übergeben hatte und das gar nichts mit den beanstandeten Problemen zu tun hatte:
- Teilweise fehlerhaftes Laden einzelner Kopfhörer
- Case lädt meist nicht vollständig auf
- Kopfhörer schalten sich manchmal nicht im Case ab und entladen sich einfach
- Fiepen bei Stille im linken Kopfhörer (war schon immer ein Problem)
"Reparatur" (Austausch beider Kopfhörer): 190€. Neupreis aktuell bei MediaMarkt: 195€. 
Falls ich die Kopfhörer unrepariert zurückhaben möchte, möge ich doch bitte 37,48€ zahlen, sonst werden sie entsorgt. WHAT? 🤯
Einen Scheiß werd ich. Was für Saftläden. 🤬
