@VoltEuropa How does this prevent popups?

As a concrete example, right now, if I go to a page like https://www.theguardian.com/europe I get a popup that says I can either accept cookies, or subscribe.

Under this proposal, what prevents the site from showing a popup that says I either have to disable GPC or subscribe?

@Otimsis @bleuje I think not exactly Voronoi. My intuition is that you are not going to get cells defined by closeness to some center point (Voronoi, but where is the center?) nor even equal-area cells, but rather cells that equalize perimeter * mean free path length (which controls the rate at which the boundary is replenished).

Ci sono momenti in cui capisci che sei diventata grande. Momenti che arrivano senza preavviso e ti mettono davanti ad una consapevolezza che non avevi mai conosciuto prima.
