DHS accused her of being a domestic terrorist.
She went to court to get the body cam footage released.
It shows Agent Charles Exum driving with his gun drawn.
Saying “do something b*tch”.
Ramming her car.
Shooting her.
Hours after the shooting, Greg Bovino emailed the agent and offered to delay his retirement in light of his excellent service.
The email said “you have much left to do”.
Other agents praised the shooting.
Said they should celebrate.
Exum bragged… “5 shots, 7 holes”
Ms Martinez showed incredible courage by fighting to ensure this footage was released to the public.
Everyone should watch it. Make sure the world sees this.

Pour l'avoir vu et expérimenté la parole se libère notamment + facilement en famille et amis (ma belle famille est noire et vit entre Comores/Mayotte et banlieue pop' )
Il y a probablement une piste (parmi d'autres)dans la nécessité de créer des "groupes locaux" (Partis, Asso, syndicats...) + petits et + "locaux" : cela enlève au passage le poids du temps de transports, la parole est + libérée entre "connaissances" puis ensuite "créer du lien" entre groupes locaux.
@florent_mignot @avorritold L'aspect local est important oui. Je pense que ça permet de réunir autour d'un commun (un territoire, un lieu partagé) et d'éviter un regroupement par affinité (sachant que celles-ci sont très construites socialement et enclenchent quasiment d'emblée un entre-soi).

@florent_mignot @avorritold C'est en partie vrai. Mais dit comme ça, c'est encore une façon de dire "Il y a des contraintes objectives qui bloquent l'engagement"... Ça évite de regarder ce que font les blancs et de penser leur responsabilité. Les blancs *construisent* une partie de ces contraintes objectives.
Par ex. l'absence de temps disponible (à supposer qu'on soit d'accord là-dessus) n'est pas un obstacle malheureux. Ça a été ingénieré, c'est maintenu. C'est pas un simple accident.
@burgervege L'absence de temps dispo est une vraie contrainte qui touche aussi bien les blancs que non blancs dans les classes moins favorisées.
Derrière le "temps dispo" j'y inclus : temps pour se déplacer, parentalité, temps de repos dédié seulement au repos et à la "vie perso" (...)
La Ghetoïsation (et ses contraintes) a été en effet construit et maintenu et touche "à présent" en très large majorité des "non blancs" mais au départ également des blancs classe pop'

@ajsadauskas the ACT’s is in the old DMV building, and is heritage listed so it cannot be messed with very much. I quite like that it’s in that kind of building.
