To say petitions have surged under Trump 2.0 is an understatement. Graphics in the report illustrate it's completely off-the-charts and near vertical trend line. Courts are clogged up/overwhelmed, and meantime people languish in horrific "detention centers" (aka, concentration camps).
The only reason immigrants have filed an unprecedented 18,000 habeas corpus petitions is because Stephen Miller launched an unprecedented campaign of violence and hate against them.
