Oh man, do I love this record. It鈥檚 been a long time since I鈥檝e heard it.
This is a SUPER lo-fi mish-mash of #psych , #blues , and tribal #80s #artrock / #punk from Los Angeles.
The band only made three records (this one is their second), but each one is uncompromising and completely unique in their delivery.
There鈥檚 something oddly hypnotic about No Aggro, despite how incredibly Lo-fi sounding it is.
Maybe Pere Ubu-ish in some spots? Carrying the spirit of other bands like This Heat, but maybe a little more unhinged? I don鈥檛 know.
Regardless, even though it鈥檚 probably not for everyone, it鈥檚 worth a listen for the sake of pure art.
