Took an 800mm telephoto shot of @SutroTower from ~15km / 9mi away yesterday — randomly got a Canadian Forces Snowbirds jet in the frame. They substituted during Fleet Week in San Francisco for the US Navy's Blue Angels, grounded because of the US government shutdown. A green heron today at Baylands Nature Preserve on the San Francisco Bay. Cool two-tone feet and tan-outlined green glossy feathers on its back.
I took this photo the same day the admin posted the AI 'Chipocalypse Now' image as a direct threat of sending the Texas National Guard into Chicago. This was fresh off of calling Chicago a killing field and so many other baseless justifications for the impending actions in the city.
I wanted to take a photo with the same back drop to highlight the absurdity of the administrations claims.
