Photo taken at sunset while I was canoeing on a local lake several days ago. The front (bow) of the canoe is in the foreground. Green lily pads are immediately to the left. The flat calm water is glassy and reflective and extends to the horizon where green trees are seen lining the shore of the lake. Green trees are also on each side of photo framing the photo. Reflections of all trees as well as distant orange sunset are seen in the water.

The calm stillness of a summer evening beside a lake. Looking out above a thicket of green leafy shoots and goldenrod blossoms growing beside the lake. Above the wooded far shore some tall rain clouds are being smudged in long hazy streaks across a pale blue sky by much stronger breezes aloft. The setting sun is tinting the clouds and haze in shades of pale gold and pink. Sky and far shore are mirrored in the very slightly rippled waters below.

I felt motivated this morning to revisit my photo catalog from Iceland, including re-touching some edits that were lost to an older computer years ago. This is my new spin on an old photo of Kirkjufelfoss from 2019.

A gorgeous orange butterfly with white and black spots, making the wings appear similar to a monarchs, but more lace-like. I love the Project Indigo camera app, though on my older iPhone 14 Pro, Adobe disabled super-resolution by default because of overheating.

Settings are hidden in the app, but I figured out how to re-enable the feature from the FAQ: "How do I access camera settings?" https://helpx.adobe.com/project-indigo/get-started/faq.html

So worth it for 12MP 2x and 6x shots.
