#KPN might've given kick-ass service by replacing their faulty wifi netadapter at the local store, giving me just a half-hour internet outage.
Except they are forbidden to help. Had to go through phone support, somehow pass #AI bots to real operator, to hear "don't worry, we send a new adapter and you're good the next day". Two days of outage. But #PostNL messed up.
Result: 4 unneeded visits to local KPN / package delivery points later, double delivery
Social experience design #SX is the opposite of #DigitalTransformation and offers a #people-first "needs-driven" approach to solution development that scales from personal vantage point via inter-personal #relationships, up to societal levels. Digital transformation is no more than a shallow #technology-first "tech means progress" approach to improve #hypercapitalism's profitability.
Stop the mindless digital transformation trend. #DigitalTransformationRunsDeep into shitty dystopic territory.

Het bijgevoegde pamflet (zonder alt-text) is totaal oninspirerend. Samen versnellen? Pff, geen burger wil dat in een maatschappij die al te snel gaat.. door digitalisering.
Dit stuk volgt de hype van #DigitalTransformation die eigenlijk tot doel heeft mensen weg te automatiseren, kosten te besparen, omdat het hyperkapitalisme steeds minder budget voor overheidsdiensten overlaat. Minder ruimte voor de menselijke maat. Met natuurlijk AI als 'ontmenselijkings tool'.
