➡️ From Przemyśl, Poland to Lviv, Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Kherson, I’ve built trusted friendships with Ukrainians and volunteers from around the world—people whose courage and humanity have changed me forever.
Over these four years, in every city and village I’ve visited, I’ve seen Ukrainians striving to live with dignity and normalcy—even under daily attacks. That determination is a profound act of defiance, a refusal to surrender to

terrorism.
🎯And let’s be clear: Russia’s deliberate targeting of civilians is a grave violation of international law. The cost is real. The trauma is daily.
🇺🇦To my Ukrainian friends:
🗣️Some of you are now parents. Some have become soldiers. Many—if not all—have lost someone you love. My heartfelt condolences go out to every family grieving a life stolen by this aggression.
I will never forget the courage, compassion, and resilience of the Ukrainian people. 👉🏽 But courage alone is not
