🗣️Thinking of all of my Ukrainian friends, volunteers I met from around the world, and defenders on the front lines.
➡️Since 2022, as a humanitarian volunteer I’ve been on the ground from Przsyml, Poland to Lviv, Odesa, Kyiv, Kherson and Kharkiv and witnessed the devastation firsthand. More importantly, I’ve seen the resilience of the Ukrainian people.

Just received a photo from my Ukrainian friends at #Lviv Volunteer Kitchen—whom I’ve had the honor of volunteering alongside three times—confirming that my recent donations of ⛑️SICH tourniquets and Krovospas hemostatic bandages were delivered to frontline defenders.
📦These lifesaving tools were part of a larger shipment of essentials, including dry ready-made meals.🍲
