I am committed to continuing to be a voice for Ukraine’s strength and beauty, sharing their stories and advocating for support. 🕊️
✍🏽 If you live in the U.S., EU, or any ally country—call, write, tag your representatives. Demand continued support for air defense and the lifting of restrictions on #Ukraine.

🌅🇺🇦 It’s sunrise in Lviv, and I’m heading to my next destination: Odesa. This will be my first time volunteering with a small, community-led Ukrainian humanitarian group there, and I’m honored to join their work. I’ll be sure to share updates from the ground.
Wishing everyone a great day.✨

🇺🇸🇺🇦 Update: Volunteering at Lviv Volunteer Kitchen on Independence Day
🚌Tomorrow I head to my next destination, but before I rest, I want to share a few special moments from today:
🕯️ A solemn visit to Lychakiv Cemetery to honor the heroes who gave their lives for #Ukraine ’s independence. In a place of somber reflection, a friendly koty (cat) came to us.🐾
💛💙 Taking in the sights and spirit of #Lviv
TY for your continued support.
Na dobranich (good night)🇺🇦

🗣️Today with the #Lviv Volunteer Kitchen team, I had the honor of visiting the Lychakiv Cemetery to remember the heroes who gave their lives for #Ukraine 's independence.
🕯️Each photograph is a glimpse into a life cut short, a reminder of the cost of #freedom.
🙏🏽 To the families of the Ukrainian Defenders, our thoughts are with you. Your loved ones’ courage and resilience are an inspiration to the world, and their heroism will never be forgotten. 🌎
Day 1 of volunteering in Lviv 🇺🇦
Today also marks the Day of the National Flag of Ukraine—a powerful reminder of resilience and unity.🎂🌻
🌏 Proud to stand in solidarity. Whether it’s washing beets or unloading deliveries at the Lviv Volunteer Kitchen, every small act supports a larger mission. Our collective efforts can make a real difference.
✨Looking forward to tomorrow—I’ll continue sharing updates.

🇺🇸First day back in #Lviv 🇺🇦 — this marks my third visit to the Lviv Volunteer Kitchen, where Ukrainian and international volunteers come together to prepare morale-boosting ready-made meals 🫕 for the heroes on the front lines.
If you’d like to support their incredible work, here’s the link➡️ https://linktr.ee/lvkitchen2014
🌻I’ll continue sharing updates from the ground, including reflections on #Ukraine ‘s rich #culture, and #history.

🇺🇦🇺🇸✈️ Heading out for my sixth humanitarian volunteer trip to #Ukraine. Flights, buses, long haul ahead.
✅ My goal remains the same: raise awareness about the ongoing devastation, counter disinformation, and highlight the vital work of community led Ukrainian humanitarian organizations.
🙏🏽 Grateful for the support. Our collective efforts continue to make a real impact

🚑 As an EMT-B, I know the lifesaving value of first aid bandages and hemostatic 🩸napkins. I just learned the first box I donated arrived with my trusted Ukrainian friends. I have sent these to friends in #Lviv, #Kyiv, #Odesa, and #Kharkiv, who will deliver them directly to the heroes on the frontline.
➡️Our collective efforts—from small donations to conversations—continue to make a real impact.

Update from Kharkiv 🇺🇦
I just received word that the ⛑️tourniquets I sent were added to first aid kits—and they’re now with the heroes of the 44th Brigade.
This is one of five batches I’ve sent to friends across Lviv, Kyiv, Kherson, and Kharkiv. 🇺🇸Since 2022, I’ve supported Ukraine both as a humanitarian volunteer and from home. That promise continues.
You are not forgotten.

🇺🇸🇺🇦 Why I Support and Volunteer in #Ukraine: A Personal Reflection
I often get asked—both here in the U.S. and in Ukraine—why I choose to #volunteer.
🗣️During my humanitarian trip to #Lviv in March 2025, a university student posed that very question. My answer was simple: To me, Ukrainian sovereignty represents the frontlines of the global struggle for freedom today.
In 2022, when Kyiv…
