GitHub Continuous Integration checks are running (hopefully they will pass without issues?).

It's up to someone else with commit access to merge it (and this time around, I am going to wait for libtorrent to get merged, before submitting another rtorrent Pull Request and see if that makes those CI checks go more smoothly).
