@Em0nM4stodon There's a photographer here (in the UK) who has been quite vocal in her criticism against them, posting reactions on LinkedIn pages (not that that will hurt them much). She also raised awareness to a petition in the UK to try and have them banned or at least discussed in Parliament.
In addition, and this is a nice win, she got the school her daughter attends to ban them. Feels like that could snowball hopefully.

The AI code-review bot my company uses just wasted 2 hours of my time. It reported a bug in cache logic in a PR. I didn't change caching, but it's a Rails app so unexpected invalidations and indeterminate staleness can both happen. Report said it doesn't invalidate properly, so I investigated but couldn't find the bug.
It was talking about the fact that these cache entries can be stale for up to 2 minutes, which is intentional. There's even a comment about it right above my changes.
@jamie It looks like think our job as _seniors_, _staff_ (or what not) is to debunk what the AI suggess or "discovers", they are getting closer, but nowadays (Aug 2026) still had a lot of red herrings.
Last week the AI suggested us to use `ENV.fetch('key')` instead of `ENV['key']` in order to _fix_ a security issue with ruby's JWT gem, that was technically correct, but in our case it would make a fraction of our fleet down because reasons - to long for a post. Blind flight is a risk, tho

@theeclecticdyslexic you don't say why I, or you should give attention to this. I tend to want more than "I've been told", or the rest of what you say if I'm to get activated about something.
I'm not saying this isn't worthy of vitriol, I'm asking why it is because I don't know, when I've seen people hating on DHH a few times recently without knowing that is behind that.
So can anyone point me to his racist or fascist statements, or his support for others making such statements for ex.
