Well. This is disappointing. The Debian GR on LLM usage went the wrong way:

The trouble is that there is no responsible use of LLMs.

The real lesson of the US attack on autistici/inventi is that WE ARE NEXT. Mastodon servers mostly do not run things like PRISM, are often based outside the US, and compete directly with the Tech Bros and their ad and tracker supported shit for an audience.

Do inpatient Geriatrics models actually improve care for older adults?
In 28,833 hospital encounters, ACE Units & Geriatrics Consults raised adherence to the 4Ms framework vs. usual care. But effects on outcomes were mixed. Consults alone linked to fewer 30-day readmissions, while ACE+Consult tied to more. Only ACE units with high adherence shortened stays.
Better adherence ≠ uniformly better outcomes. #Implementation matters.

The eternal conundrum: spend half an hour figuring out how to configure nautilus or rsync at the one end and how to set up nfs on the machine that only has smb at the other? Or just drag a bunch of things and go to bed while you wait for the 2000 1kb/s transfers you just started to finish? There are many variants of this.
I've had decent luck with sshfs on occasion, FWIW.
