@misty this is a many-dollar question and i am certainly eager to see how it plays out. one thing i'm unclear on is what the collective breaking point is for websites, apps etc getting so wretchedly slow that average nontechnical people start revolting.
@jplebreton Yeah, it’s interesting. That breaking point came pretty fast with smartphone adoption, but that was an era when people seemed to feel more confident software/websites if something wasn’t working for them. And I guess early smartphone adopters were more likely to be high earners, which made them feel more worth scrambling to retain.
