Anyone know of a curated list of Open Source Foundations?
#TIL about India's FOSS United;
...via a reference on the website of the FLOSS Fund;

Which I discovered, in turn, via F-Droid's 2025 retrospective;
Side note: it's easy to forget what a world-changing technology hyperlinks are. The net was a very different place before the Gopher protocol brought links to the net in 1991. They're incredibly useful.
#TIL about fundingjson.org
"funding.json is a manifest that enables Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) projects to declare their financial needs in a machine-readable format. The self-contained JSON file can be easily published in repositories or websites ...
By making funding requirements publicly crawlable and indexable, funding.json makes aims to bring discoverablity to FOSS projects, helping connect those seeking financial support with potential backers."
