🗣️I’m a humanitarian volunteer who has made multiple trips to #Ukraine since 2022—serving from Przemyśl to Lviv, Odesa, Kyiv, Kherson, and Kharkiv. I have seen the reality of this war firsthand.
🚨Russia is weaponizing winter—deliberately targeting Ukraine’s power grid in freezing temperatures. These are not “military targets.” They are hospitals, homes, and heating stations. Lifelines for doctors, farmers, and families.

people with disabilities, children, elders—are under fire from drones, missiles, and artillery. The occupiers do not discriminate.
My heart is with those mourning loved ones and those enduring the unimaginable.
🚨Disinformation is another front in this war. Too often, mainstream media distorts or omits the truth about Ukraine’s fight for survival.
Here’s a truth that must be repeated:
🎯 If Russia stops fighting, the war ends. If Ukraine stops fighting, there is no Ukraine.
