The UK eVisa scheme has been riddled with data errors. This represents a huge breach of sensitive data and a system failure.

Migrants are prevented from proving their legal status and locked out of accounts with little Home Office support.

They can't prove their right to work, rent, study, travel or access services. The DPIA should have identified and mitigated these risks.
