@madeindex thanks! No I didn't know about it. Sounds like a patent troll. I'm reminded of some company trying to patent floating point arithmetic related algorithms. Ridiculous. If they had succeeded it would be a dangerous precedent. Frankly medicine and scientific and mathematical discoveries should never be patented. And yet...pharmacology is an example that is more complicated. But those are not actually discoveries per se.

@madeindex yes it probably was okay then but the question is was the links to itself okay? I can't help but think it wasn't. The only way that could happen is if they changed providers (which probably happened). But that's immaterial. The point is it is broken now.

@madeindex not me, no ... I didn't have a website then. Well maybe I did. I don't know now. It could have been over two decades now though an older domain (that I still have but haven't updated in aeons). Or did you mean something else maybe, perhaps figuratively?

@madeindex that is clear yes. Not really surprising either. But it's also very unsurprising that it's broken and many of the links are also dead.

@madeindex well anyway the site is basically broken anyway. Lots of dead links even to his own site. It's spectacular. Spectacularly bad. Although..the image does look amusing (to me). Mostly it's so ridiculous and baffling. Or something like that.
