This is very much a Thai-influenced Salmon recipe more than Thai-authentic. But it has delicious flavors, is healthy, and easy to make 馃崥馃ア
For the Salmon:
鈻笍Salmon Fillets (2-4 pieces, skin-on or skinless)
鈻笍Soy Sauce (3 tbsp)聽- I use Thai light soy
鈻笍Lime Juice (1 tbsp, fresh)
鈻笍Ginger (1-inch piece, grated)
鈻笍Garlic (3 cloves, minced)
鈻笍Red Chili (1, finely chopped)
鈻笍Brown Sugar (1 tbsp)
鈻笍Fish Sauce (1 tbsp) - I use Squid brand
鈻笍Sesame Oil (1 tbsp)
For Garnishing:
鈻笍Spring Onions (2, thinly sliced)
鈻笍Fresh Coriander (A handful, chopped)
鈻笍Toasted Sesame Seeds (1 tbsp)
